One hundred steps for legality

On Monday, May 24, Rectress Antonella Polimeni inaugurated the eleven stumbling stones placed along the main avenue of the Main Campus to commemorate women and men, victims of the Mafia throughout Italy. The plaques, starting from the entrance in Piazzale Aldo Moro, are dedicated to Giuseppe Impastato, Rita Atria, Giancarlo Siani, Lia Pipitone, Rosario Angelo Livatino, Lea Garofalo Peppino Diana, Renata Fonte, Bruno Caccia, Gelsomina Verde, Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino

They are journalists, magistrates, politicians, and ordinary people, symbols of the fight against mafias according to the polls launched by Sapienza in Movimento and Sapienza Meme on Facebook and Instagram.
