The elections for the new Rector are around the corner and from November 3 to 7 RadioSapienza, our University's official internet radio station will be hosting the three candidates: Federico Masini, Vincenzo Nesi and Antonella Polimeni. During the show, created and presented by Andrea Pranovi, the candidates will have the opportunity to illustrate their electoral platforms, to inform the university community about their several proposals, and increase voter awareness. Each episode will last 60 minutes and will be attended by Students Reps, employees, and academic staff. To guarantee equality among candidates, the interviews will all follow the same structure, focusing on topics such as:

  • reasons for their candidacy
  • current criticalities of Sapienza
  • education, research, internationalisation
  • right to study, student services and orientation
  • third mission and relationship with Rome
  • financial resources, human resources, recruitment
  • governance and autonomy
  • university hospitals
  • cultural and architectural heritage
  • digitisation, organisational wellbeing and communication

The show will be broadcast and podcast (in full and for individual topics) on radiosapienza.net and, in audiovisual format, on the RadioSapienza YouTube channel.

Each episode (video) will also be posted on the radio's social networks.
