Sapienza University shares its inter-disciplinary scientific know-how with scientific communities and institutions to study the COVID-19 infection and help hinder it. The Geographical Sciences for Environment and Health course, and the “Laboratorio GeoCartografico” of the Department of Literature and Modern Culture offer their technical knowledge to create spatial dynamics models able to study the spread of contamination

The Geographical Sciences for Environment and Health course – inter-faculty of Literature and Philosophy, Pharmacy and Medicine, and Economics – and the “Laboratorio GeoCartografico” of the Department of Literature and Modern Culture, share their geotechnical know-how, inter-disciplinary competence, instruments, and tried and tested methodologies. They aim to create spatial dynamics models, for social utility, based on the available data provided by institutional sources.
