On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, from 10 am to noon, the job orientation webinar, in Italian, "Il Disability Manager: prospettive, competenze e carriera" open to students and recent graduates interested in the profession will be held on Zoom. 

Disability Management is gaining more and more prominence in the Italian and international business context. In different countries we find different terminologies and meanings: from Disability Manager to Equality Manager, from Access Officer to Diversity Manager. Moreover, starting with people with disabilities, the focus extends to include all people potentially subject to discrimination because of some "diversity": functional limitations, the elderly, gender diversity and those related to affective orientation.
