Accounting, Finance and Payroll Area 

The Accounting, Finance and Management Control Area is responsible for budgeting documents, the control of the financial flow and expenditures and prepares the documentation for the Board of Auditors.

It manages relations with the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) and the Ministry of the Economy and Finance (MEF) for annual budgeting requirements, verifies the correct allocation of resources, and oversees banking facilities, as well as general accounting and analytical operations.

Moreover, this area acts as a go-between and provides consultancy to Departments and other university structures. It also provides all university salaries and defines physical and social security requirements via the Salary Office. 

Director’s Secretariat

This office provides operative support to the director by managing internal and external relations, as well as common services. It is responsible for managing relations with the “Governing Bodies” Office, the Protocol Area and the Archival Office. It prepares all activities related to deadlines, meetings and all other initiatives promoted by the director.
