The Unit manages activities related to: 

-drafting and updating of regulations, guidelines, contract formats, collaboration and partnership; 

- negotiation, conclusion and management of national and international institutional agreements of general interest of the university with companies, organizations and national participants; 

- consultancy and support to University structures regarding the negotiation and conclusion of contracts for commissioned and collaborative research activities, including the establishment of ATS; 

- monitoring of the activities related to Contracts on behalf of third parties, through the analysis of the contents and the preparation of periodic activity reports;

- relations between the scientific community and the business world, in order to interface the two realities on mutual development and opportunities, including relations with subjects outside the University and specialized in supporting activities for TT actions;

- constitution and adherence to inter-university research centres;

- monitoring of the research activities conducted by the inter-university research centres;

- obligations related to the designation and renewal of the representatives of Sapienza in the figures of the Inter-university Centres and of the committees for the management of the agreements  with the same for updating on the status of the activities;

 - support for the work of the Joint Centres and Consortia Commission.
