The Furnishings, Urban Decorum and Property appraisals Unit takes care of:

• Property appraisals and valuation;
• Planning, design, management and acquisition of furniture supplies and maintenance;
• Organisation of internal address and external building signage systems;
• Coordination of operations relating to urgent and/or scheduled operational interventions aimed at urban decorum;
• Maintenance and organisation of the paper archive and support activities for the digitisation process of Sapienza premises.
• Minor maintenance.
