The Building Maintenance Sector manages in particular activities related to:

• planning and management of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance (as reported by the D.P.R. 380/2001  art. 3 letter a))  and emergency intervention on university buildings
• Management of the Emergency Service during extraworking hours

• Ordinary maintenance. Repair, renovation and replacement of buildings (building and carpentry and blacksmith works).
• Extraordinary maintenance. Construction, carpentry, locksmiths and modification works, renewal and replacement of structural parts of buildings, realization and integration of sanitary and sanitary facilities, provided they do not alter the volumes and surfaces of the individual real estate units and do not involve changes to the destinations of use.
• Emergencies.
