NRRP - National Recovery and Resilience Plan Unit
Italia Domani is part of Next Generation EU, an economic recovery project dedicated to member states. It aims to promote a robust recovery of the European economy in the interest of ecological transition, digitalisation, competitiveness, training, and social, territorial and gender inclusion.
SAPIENZA is an active participant in Missione 4: Istruzione e ricerca Componente 2: Dalla ricerca all’impresa which aims to support investment in R&D, promote innovation and technology diffusion, and strengthen skills, fostering the transition to a knowledge-based economy; the mission has among its objectives:
- Strengthening research and promote the dissemination of innovative models for basic and applied research conducted in synergy between universities, research institutions and public or private entities engaged in R&D activities.
- Supporting processes for innovation and technology transfer.
- Strengthening research and innovative infrastructure, capital and skills to support innovation.
The PNRR Unit takes care of activities related to participation, management and reporting of National Recovery and Resilience Plan projects,such as:
- support for the preparation of applications under PNRR calls for proposals; analysis of public notices and verification of project feasibility in light of the requirements of the calls for proposals;
- Technical support in the drafting of project proposals and verification of relevance to the evaluation criteria of the call;
- support for the construction of the project partnership; legal support for the definition of the legal entity of governance required by the public notices, in particular for the drafting of the statutes of the new legal entities to be established and for the definition of the overall governance structure;
- Support in defining the business plan and project sustainability.
