As established by law, everyone who receives a professional certification (at any university in Italy), must pay the certification tax to the Region in which the certification has been received. Art. 26, Section 3 of Regional Bill 25/2003 specifies that the amount to be paid – for anyone who has obtained a degree in a Lazio Region university - € 113.62, payable directly to Laziodisu.  At Sapienza, this payment must be made only after having received your certification to request the physical certificate.

Payment must be made via PagoPa. In the "reason for payment" (causale), please specify, in addition to the other information indicated on the DiSCo Lazio website, also the profession for which you are paying the regional qualification fee. 

The payment of the regional tax must be made before obtaining the title only for graduands in Medicine and Surgery with qualifying degree from June 2020 and subsequent sessions (according to art.102 co.1 of DL March 17, 2020 no.18).
