PNRR Projects - PhDs for digital and environmental transitions, Public Administration, cultural heritage, PNRR research, and innovative PhDs
PhD scholarships pursuant to Ministerial Decree 351/2022 (academic year 2022-2023 - 38th cycle)
For the 38th cycle, Sapienza awarded 112 scholarships under Ministerial Decree 351/2022 for participation in doctoral programs in dedicated fields, including:
47 for public administration;
12 for cultural heritage;
2 for digital and environmental transitions;
51 for general PNRR-related topics.
The scholarships are co-funded with PNRR funds, each valued at €60,000.
PhD scholarships pursuant to Ministerial Decree 352/2022 (academic year 2022-2023 - 38th cycle)
The Ministry of University and Research, through Ministerial Decree 352/2022, also allocated resources under the PNRR, Mission 4, Component 2, “From Research to Business” – Investment 3.3 “Introduction of innovative PhDs that address companies' innovation needs and promote the hiring of researchers by companies,” for the activation of dedicated PhD programs with the contribution and involvement of companies.
For the 38th cycle, Sapienza awarded 37 scholarships under Ministerial Decree 352/2022 for participation in innovative doctoral programs in collaboration with organizations or companies.
The scholarships are co-funded with PNRR funds, each valued at €30,000.
PhD scholarships pursuant to Ministerial Decree 118/2023 (academic year 2023-2024 - 39th cycle)
With Ministerial Decree 118/2023, the Ministry of University and Research allocated PhD scholarships to Sapienza for participation in doctoral programs for the 39th cycle (academic year 2023/24) in dedicated fields:
for public administration;
for cultural heritage;
for digital and environmental transitions;
for general PNRR-related topics.
The scholarships are co-funded with PNRR funds, each valued at €60,000.
PhD scholarships pursuant to Ministerial Decree 117/2023 (academic year 2023-2024 - 39th cycle)
With Ministerial Decree 117/2023, the Ministry of University and Research allocated PhD scholarships to Sapienza for participation in doctoral programs for the 38th cycle (academic year 2022/23) under Mission 4 “Education and Research,” Component 2 “From Research to Business,” Investment 3.3 “Introduction of innovative PhDs that address companies' innovation needs and promote the hiring of researchers by companies.” This initiative aims to strengthen high-level skills, particularly in Key Enabling Technologies, through the establishment of dedicated PhD programs with the contribution and involvement of companies and incentives for hiring junior researchers with temporary positions. Additionally, the creation of a hub is planned to enhance the economic value of research produced by industrial PhDs, fostering the creation of spin-offs.
The scholarships are co-funded with PNRR funds, each valued at €30,000.
