The department manages the administrative procedures related to the following activities:

Real Estate Acquisition:

• Management of administrative procedures for the acquisition of real estate, in various forms.

Investment Planning:

• Preparation and approval of the three-year investment program and related updates.

Real Estate Asset Enhancement:

• Study and implementation of initiatives to enhance real estate assets and generate financial income through their utilization.

Management of Spaces and Concessions:

• Aula Magna and Meeting Rooms of the Rectorate: Management of activities related to the use of these spaces.
• Concession of external spaces: Permits for the use of spaces within the University Campus for events.
• Spaces for recreational events: Authorization for the temporary concession of spaces for recreational events.
• Concession for commercial activities: Temporary authorization of spaces to third parties for commercial activities.

Sponsorships:

• Planning and implementation of sponsorship activities, handling both the project phase and administrative procedures.
