Self-Certification Assessment

Public administrations and private organisation managing public services that need to verify self-certifications with Sapienza University, as established by Bill N. 445/2000 and subsequently modified by Bill. N. 183/2011, must follow the procedure described below.

Requests must be submitted exclusively via the trouble-ticketing system (link on right).

Users must register before using the service. Credentials will be forwarded in real-time to your university e-mail account. We recommend you do not provide certified e-mail addresses (PEC).

Once you have registered, you can use the credentials you receive from Sapienza for all further applications.

To submit a request, select “new ticket” and fill out the on-line form with the required information. Please attach a copy of the self-certification that requires verification with your request. A separate request must be submitted for each person, but a request may include more than one verification (degree, specialisation, etc.) request for the same person.

All information concerning the state of your request, referenced by the ticket number, will be forwarded via e-mail.

All data submitted can only be used for the express purpose of the application.
