Art. 60 - PARENTING

 

1. Benefits and conditions

The “Parenting Bonus” provides for a 50% reduction in the enrolment fees due, calculated on the basis of your ISEE for the right to university education, in the case of the birth/adoption of a child (resolution of the Board of Directors of 30 May 2023).

The regional tax (€140) and stamp duty (€16) must be added to the enrolment fees.

A. You can benefit from the parenting bonus if:

- you are currently enrolled;

- your ISEE for the right to ordinary university education or current value does not exceed €30,000.00;

- you do not fall within more favourable reduction categories (Articles 44, 56, 57);

- you are within the first three years of parenthood, starting from the year of birth or adoption.

B. The bonus can only be awarded to one of the two parents.

C. The parenthood bonus is not compatible with:

- other forms of subsidies, bonuses, reductions (including reductions deriving from Law 232/2016 specified in Article 44);

- the part-time study scheme (Article 30).

2. Procedure

If you meet the requirements, you must submit a stamped application each year by the deadline for payment of the first instalment of enrolment fees.

You must attach the following to your application:

- your child's birth or adoption certificate;

- your family status.

Until it is implemented in the student career management system, the parenting bonus will be applied in the form of an automatic refund managed by the administrative office after the application has been accepted. In this regard, we invite you to enter your IBAN on Infostud (in the Profile section) so that the refund can be made entirely electronically. Please note that the account must be in your name or jointly held with you.
