Applications are only open to students who have already been allocated a place and enrolled in the first year via the national ranking list, following successful completion of the semestre aperto of Medicina e Chirurgia o Odontoiatria e Protesi Dentaria at public universities, and who, for proven serious reasons, require a change of campus for the same programme.
