Sapienza has introduced two types of awards for dissertations addressing disability:

- 9 awards worth €1500 eachfor graduates who discussed their theses in academic year 2017-18 addressing experimental research and/or the development of solutions to improve the life conditions of individuals with disabilities.

- 2 awards worth €2500 each for doctoral and/or specialisation theses in 2018.

Admissible theses include theoretical, methodological and applicative studies addressing disability in various subject areas (medicine, social sciences, humanities, engineering, architecture, computer science, etc.).

The application deadline for both awards is Friday, July 5, 2019.
