
CyberChallenge.IT: a Free Training Programme in Cybersecurity
Were you born between 1995 and 2002? Are you curious, dynamic, passionate about informatics? Join the free programme that introduces young boys and girls to the world of cybersecurity. Applications will be open to Jan. 20, 2019.

CyberChallenge.IT comes back for the year 2019 to introduce people born between 1995 and 2002 to the world of cybersecurity. It's a free programm which will be developed in spring 2019 in 18 universities, Sapienza included and which coordinates the event at a national scale.
The program will end in a local and a national competition in which the teams of the 18 Italian universities involved will compete. The best team will have the chance to become part of the Italian National Cyberdefender Team and compete for the European Cybersecurity Challenge next fall.
Registrations are open until 20 January 2019 and are an opportunity to learn, have fun and lay the foundations for an exciting career in cybersecurity. No previous knowledge of computer security is required, only good logic and programming skills.
The courses will be at the Department of Automatic Computer Engineering and Management in via Ariosto 25 from March to May, 2019 on Friday afternoons (17.00-18.45) and Saturday mornings (9.00-13.00) after an online trial on January 23rd - 25th 2019 and a admission test on February 1, 2019 at the Paolo Ercoli laboratory in via Tiburtina 205.
CyberChallenge.IT is organized by the Diag department, the Sapienza Cis and Cini's National Cybersecurity Laboratory with the support of the Italian Republic Information System for Security.
