ERC Programme Starting Grants – Information Day

On Friday, May 31, the Sapienza International Office, in collaboration with APRE, will host an information day dedicated to the Starting Grants available through the ERC Programme promoted by the European Commission as part of the Horizon 2020 Programme in the Gini Lecture Hall.

TheEuropean Research Council (ERC) is the EU body that funds researchers of excellence of all ages and nationalities that intend to conduct frontier research in an EU member state or associated country. The main objective of ERC is to promote excellence and drive the dynamism and creativity of European “frontier” research.

Marco Ferraro, National ERC Contact Point for APRE, the Italian Agency for the Promotion of European Research, will be the main speaker. Viviana Betti from the Department of Psychology and Principle Investigator of Project "HANDmade" and Starting Grant Evaluator Francesca Cutruzzolà from the Department of Biochemical Sciences will present success cases.
