Francesca Romana Grippaudo, a lecturer at the Pietro Valdoni Department of Surgery, won first prize in the ninth edition of the Eurointerim national competition, Donna e Lavoro, with the Sapienza start-up "Magic Srl". On January 14, 2022, Caffé Pedrocchi in Padua hosted the award ceremony. 

Magic is a bra for women with breast asymmetry following surgery and during breast reconstruction. It does not interfere with reconstructive medical work, avoids the onset of orthopaedic disorders secondary to altered posture and at the same time allows patients to improve their quality of life by wearing everyday clothing during social and sporting activities without fear of showing breast dysmorphia. 

The Eurinterim Spa competition has been committed for more than ten years to promoting women's ideas, supporting the launch and development of new projects and new businesses and their subsequent introduction into the world of work.
