Give us a little bit of your time to contribute to this study on university student health and well-being in Italy.

The objective of the study is to analyse, within the student community, life quality and health and verify if there is an association between perceived stress, symptoms of depression and lifestyle (tobacco, alcohol and physical activity) and how these elements are correlated. The study includes questions on life quality and style and psychophysical well-being.

The study is directed by Giuseppe La Torre e Insa Backhaus from the Department of Public Health and Infectious Diseases. All answers will be archived electronically and protected by passwords in a completely anonymous format.

The collected information will be useful to identify the best measures to improve the life quality of university students.

The questionnaire will be on-line until September 15.
