The Human Resources Development Office promotes and enhances the human resources' professional developement in the perspective of the continuous improvement of Sapienza.
In this perspective, the rational planning of the resources necessary to support the processes of organizational change - within the framework of an adequate recruitment, selection, mobility and staff training policy - has central importance.

In detail, the Office coordinates, develops and improves processes related to definition and programming of the staffing needs of the University structures to recuit and balance the orgaic equipe; to planning and evaluation of educational activities; to the management of the existing workforce (in application of the provisions set by the national collective agreement of the sub-fund and the university supplementary contract) and to support services to the organization; to the preparation of regulations concerning the organization and management of the staff.
