The Sector manages, first of all, of detecting the training needs of the structures in which the University is organized, in order to identify the interventions suitable to fill, or at least reduce, the gap that may exist between staff skills and expected services.

The sector then manages the planning and coordination of didactic activities and the expletation of duties related to the management of didactic projects (logistics, teaching planning, choice of teachers, monitoring of expenses), on the bases of the general guidelines and programming for the training activities agreed during the supplementary contract, in agreement with the provisions of the National Collective Contract of the Sub-Fund.
