The Organisation and Development Area is responsible for programming and planning personnel needs in all central structures, departments and faculties, updating organizational divisions, also in terms of competences and management with trade unions, to continuously improve the organisation of human resources, and provide support and collaboration in the evaluation of technical-administrative personnel.

Moreover, the Area also manages the professional training of human resources through the identification of educational needs, the planning and organisation of training, education and lifelong learning courses for personnel and the entire organisation.
