Customer Satisfaction Survey

A survey is currently underway to evaluate customer satisfaction with student support services (ARSS).

Complaints & Suggestions

Complaints and suggestions can help improve our service quality and promote efficiency and transparency. 

Students can submit an official complaint through the form available in the Attachments Section. Please note that deadline waivers and other procedures are not complaints, but requests that require a different form.

The form may be submitted in person (Office of the Director of Student Services - Palazzo dei Servizi Generali, Staircase A, first floor) or by e-mail (areastudentidirezione@uniroma1.it (please include copy of a valid ID (front and back). 

Students may request a copy of completed form as a receipt. The result of the complaint will be communicated within 30 working days.
