A survey is currently underway to evaluate customer satisfaction with student support services (ARSS).
Complaints & Suggestions
Complaints and suggestions can help improve our service quality and promote efficiency and transparency.
Students can submit an official complaint through the form available in the Attachments Section; the form should clearly describe all elements relevant to the identification of the problem. Please note that deadline waivers and other procedures are not complaints, but requests that require a different form.
The form may be submitted in person (Office of the Director of Student Services - Palazzo dei Servizi Generali, Staircase A, first floor) or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org (please include a copy of your valid ID, front and back).
When the complaint is lodged, the Student Affairs Office shall notify the name of the employee in charge of the investigation, the timeframe within which the investigation is to be carried out and the means at its disposal in the event of an unfavourable response.
Students may request a copy of the completed form as a receipt. The result of the complaint will be communicated within 30 working days.
