The Passive Cycle Management Sector is responsible for all accounting operations related to the acquisition of goods and services by the university.

This includes:

•    Payment procedures, following assessment of support documentation, for budget entries concerning: Salaries and tax and welfare withholdings; professional expenditures; Invoices for goods, services and work;
•    Assessment of university funds;
•    Erasmus Socrates Missions; Reimbursement of expenditures by technical-administrative commissioners;
•    Competences of external VAT-holding members on university bodies;
•    Transfer of funds to students (scholarships, tuition fee reimbursements, cultural and social initiatives managed by students, awards).
