PUP-Sapienza is composed of a Didactic-organisational Committee as guidance body, and an operations body.

The PUP- Sapienza Didactic-organisational Committee is coordinated by a Rector’s delegate for relations with Prison Administration, and is composed of: 
-    The Contact Persons from Faculties with enrolled students pertaining to PUP;
-    The Academic Programmes and Education Welfare Area Director;
-    The Student Services Area Director;
-    The Head of the Right to Education Unit at the Academic Programmes and Education Welfare Area.

The operations body is composed of:
-    PUP-Sapienza Office 
-    Students Administrative Office for I, II and III level programmes;
-    Faculties Administrative and Educational Affairs Offices
-    Further sectors of the Academic Programmes and Education Welfare Area: Student Orientation Unit, Office for students with disabilities and specific learning difficulties, Career Service.
-    Tutors.
