The Real Estate Office is responsible for its activities and Sectors and manages and optimizes the University Real Estate, Census, civil and tax obligations; drafts and manages Regulations about the management of the Real Estate. From the evaluation of the consistency of the assets to the destination of the spaces for institutional activities, the administration and the services offered by Sapienza to the students and the City of Rome, the Real Estate Office also coordinates the activities of valorization of the heritage in the short, medium and long period.
