The Unit provides for the management of the real estate assets (including service accommodation and cafès). It censors and updates their consistency. Verifies the rational use of spaces for the purpose of their optimization: manages the related obligations, from the payment/collection of any fees to the practices concerning taxes on the aforesaid goods and the activation of the related utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.); manages the preparation of regulations on the management of real estate assets.
