The Rector's Administrative Office is in charge of:

  • managing incoming and outgoing institutional mail;
  • screaning and managing calls and emails;
  • tasks relating to the staff of the Rector's Office, records and archives;
  • appointments and public relations together with the Rector's Personal Office;
  • Rector's meetings and other obligations.
