Rector's Personal Office

The Rector's Personal Office is in charge of:

  • appointments and public relations;
  • managing incoming and outgoing personal and confidential mail;
  • screening and managing calls and emails;
  • document archiving;
  • Supporting the Rector in the organisation of techical-adimistrative staff assigned to the Rector's Office, monitoring attendance and proposing solutions aimed at organisational well-being;
  • Rector's meetings and other obligations.
