Rector's Personal Office
The Rector's Personal Office is in charge of:
- managing the Rector's schedule of official engagements and organising official visits;
- organising institutional meetings chaired by the Rector and carrying out representative duties in conjunction with the primary responsibilities of the Protocol and Special Events Office;
- supporting the Rector in developing Sapienza's strategic priorities, by liaising with its governing bodies, in collaboration with the Rector's Administrative Office, the Vice-Rector's office and Deputy Rectors' office;
- managing incoming and outgoing personal and confidential mail;
- appointments and public relations;
- screening and managing calls and emails;
- support in carrying out activities relating to the Rector’s dealings with the medical faculties, the Policlinico Umberto I General Hospital Trust, the Sant’Andrea General Hospital and other affiliated institutions, in accordance with the principle that clinical care is inseparable from teaching and research;
- document archiving;
- Rector's meetings and other obligations.
