Self-reporting for Students with COVID-19

All information for students who have been tested positive for COVID-19

If you are a Sapienza student and you have been tested positive for COVID-19, follow the instructions below:

Symptomatic

If you are symptomatic and have been in Sapienza in the 48 hours before the onset of the first symptoms, you must promptly send to:

  • - Lecturers and Professors you have been in contact with
  • - Programme Coordinator
  • - Dean of your Faculty
  • - Your Programme's Department Director 

The following information together with the privacy policy signed (which you can find on the "Downloads" section of this page)

  8. Programme:
  9. Address of residence:
  10. Your Local Health Authority (ASL):
  11. Domicile (if different from residence);
  12. Date of onset of first symptoms:
  13. Date of swabbing (antigenic/molecular) positive result:
  14. Reason for swabbing (if asymptomatic):
  15. Lessons attended in the 48 hours before the onset of symptoms: (subject, lecturer, building, floor, classroom, date and time)
  16. Presence in Sapienza in the 48 hours preceding the onset of symptoms: (date and time of your presence, building, floor, room, activity carried out, etc.):
  17. List of the people you came in contact with, within Sapienza, for the activities mentioned in the previous point.

Asymptomatic

If you are asymptomatic and have been in Sapienza in the 48 hours before the time of swabbing (antigenic or molecular) that has tested positive, you must promptly send to
