Sapienza's Office for Outreach Activities organises and delivers specialised training for academic staff, early-career researchers (research fellows, PhD students and postgraduate trainees) and technical, adnministrative e library staff:

• through a planned approach, by defining annual programmes in line with the objectives and actions set out in the PIAO, delivering initiatives promoted by the Terza e Quarta Missione Governance and/or responding to needs identified through feedback questionnaires;
• in response to specific requests from Departments, Faculties and Centres.

After each training activity, participants are asked to complete a feedback questionnaire, which also provides an opportunity to submit suggestions for improving the service.
