1. Benefits and conditions
The “Borsista Disco” grant provides for a flat-rate annual enrolment fee of just €30, plus regional tax (€140) and stamp duty (€16), and is awarded if you are not eligible for more favourable reductions (Art. 44).
To qualify for this grant, you must be listed as a “Winner” or “Eligible” in the ranking for the award of Disco - Lazio scholarships.
You cannot take advantage of the benefit provided for in this article if, despite being listed as a “Winner” or “Eligible” in the ranking for the allocation of Disco - Lazio scholarships:
- you enrol in a distance learning bachelor's degree programme in agreement with the Consorzio Nettuno;
- you enrol in an inter-university distance learning programme with the University of Rome Unitelma Sapienza (art. 38).
You must obtain your ISEE for the right to university education even if you are listed as a “Winner” or “Eligible” in the ranking for the allocation of Disco - Lazio scholarships.
2. Procedures
You must declare your status as a “Borsista Disco” (Disco scholarship holder) on Infostud, following the instructions on the dedicated page.
3. Deadlines
You must declare your status by the deadline for payment of the first instalment of enrolment fees for your degree programme, or by the deadlines specified in point 4 below.
Late payments are subject to a fine. Specifically:
- if payment is made within 60 days of the due date, a fine of €65 will be applied;
- if payment is made later than 60 days after the due date, a fine of €130 will be applied.
4. Revocation of the assigned status or late publication of the ranking
If, after payment of the reduced fee for enrolment in the degree programme, your status as a “winner” or “eligible” is revoked by DiscoLazio following auditing, or if the ranking list is published after the deadline for enrolment/registration and you are not listed as a “winner” or “eligible”, you must pay the enrolment fees for your degree programme within 30 days of the date of publication of the final ranking list, or subsequent lists, or specific communications from DiscoLazio. The payment slip will be available on Infostud, under the heading “Bollettini generati” (Generated payment slips).
