1. Benefits and conditions
This benefit provides for a flat annual enrolment fee for the degree programme of only €30, to which the regional tax (€140) and stamp duty (€16) are added, and is granted if you do not fall within the scope of more favourable reductions (Articles 44, 56, 57). This benefit was established by a resolution of the Board of Directors on 30 September 2025.
To benefit from this, you must:
- submit a statement issued by an anti-violence centre registered in the regional lists or accredited by the Department for Equal Opportunities;
- submit certification from the competent social service attesting to your status as a victim and your state of need.
The benefit for victims of direct and indirect gender-based violence also applies, subject to appropriate documentation (judicial authority or social services) and in the presence of economic hardship, to children and orphans of gender-based violence (also known as orphans of domestic crimes),
i.e. children who have been orphaned by the murder of a parent by their spouse, even if legally separated or divorced, by their civil partner, even if the civil partnership has ended, or by a person who is or has been in an affective relationship and a stable cohabitation.
