The new Charter of Student Rights and Duties was approved by the Sapienza Academic Senate with Resolution N. 244 (Oct. 15, 2019).

Following the approval of the Charter, the following articles of the student regulations have also been modified: graduating students, information advertising and transparency, exams.

Ten years after the publication of the first Charter of Student Rights and Duties, the new text integrates regulations required by recent legislative reforms that led to the development of the new university statute and the revision of regulations, including those addressing student academic careers.

The final document is the result of a collaborative effort by the student representatives in the Academic Senate and the Board of Administrators, the Student University Ombudsman, the University Academic Commission, the Programmes and Courses Area, the Student Services Area, the Institutional Affairs Area, the International Office, the Research Support Area and the Rector and Director General.
