The Office is directed by a high-level manager responsible for the coordinated and joint planning, as well as promotion, monitoring, control and evaluation of all the sectors that is oversees.

The Office Manager is responsible for the tasks formerly assigned to the University Didactic Manager and acts as an interface between the Academic Programmes Area, Faculties and Degree Programmes by providing strategies and support to Faculty Didactic Managers, especially in terms of academic programme sustainability.

The office coordinates activities in the following sectors:

• Education Planning Area
• Students Orientation Unit
• Traineeships Unit
• Placement Unit
