Academic recognition of Erasmus Exams
Erasmus Educational Activities
Sapienza University of Rome promotes and supports learning mobility within the Erasmus + programme aimed at carrying out educational activities (study and internship) and taking exams to earn credits.
Erasmus calls for studies
Our students can acquire the Erasmus status by taking part in the selection (call) promoted annually by their Faculty for their specific degree programme.
Study Plan: Learning Agreement
Students who will be spending a period of study or internship under the Erasmus+ Programme will be asked to plan the training activities they will carry out at the hosting university by filling in the Learning Agreement form, before departure. The proposal is supervised by the Academics Supervisors (RAMs), and it is planned based on the compatibility of the degree programme, educational offer of the hosting university, and disciplinary area of reference for the assigned mobility. The disciplinary area is indicated in the call for which the student has been found suitable. It is possible to change the contents of the first program (Learning Agreement) during the study period, using the "Change Form". Only the Faculty and the hosting university can approve the Learning Agreement form and the Change Form.
The forms mentioned above must be filled in by using the online templates available on the outgoing Sapienza students' page.
Academic Recognition
At the end of the mobility period, the Faculty will confirm the recognition of the educational activities carried out in Erasmus, the related credits, and the exams based on the Transcript of Records and following the Learning Agreement/Change Form previously authorised. Grades on the Transcript of Records will be translated using the Grading Table (downloads section) developed following the ECTS User's Guide. Modalities can be found on the ECTS Users' Guide, page 41.
