First-time Candidates must fill out the following Google form https://urly.it/34cb1 attaching the following documentation in a single PDF or JPG file within 24 hours of the application on Infostud:

1. Clinics and general medicine physician preferences along with personal details and data processing form (annexes A, B, C, and A1);
2. State exam admission fee for professional qualifications, 242 euros, to be made via PagoPA https://uniroma1.pagoatenei.cineca.it/frontoffice/pagamentospontaneo . PLEASE NOTE: once the payment has been made, the receipt must be downloaded from the Pago Atenei portal by clicking on "Download Receipt"  https://uniroma1.pagoatenei.cineca.it/frontoffice/scaricaricevuta; receipts issued by banks, post offices or other operator will not be considered valid;
3. Fee for qualification diplomas, 70 euros, to be made via PagoPA https://uniroma1.pagoatenei.cineca.it/frontoffice/pagamentospontaneo. PLEASE NOTE: once the payment has been made, the receipt must be downloaded from the Pago Atenei portal by clicking on "Download Receipt"  https://uniroma1.pagoatenei.cineca.it/frontoffice/scaricaricevuta; receipts issued by banks, post offices or other operator will not be considered valid;
4. Receipt of admission fee payment (€49.58 on Postal Account N. 1016 made out to: Agenzia delle Entrate – Centro Operativo di Pescara - Tasse Scolastiche  (available in all post offices or use a blank form);
5. Infostud exam registration receipt;
6. Copy of your unexpired ID card.
