Administrative, Financial and Accounting Regulations
The Administrative, Financial and Accounting Regulations were adopted to implement Articles N.6-7 of Bill N. 168, 9/05/1989, as established by Bill N. 240, 30/12/2010, Legislative Decree N. 18 27/01/2012 and Article N.26 of the Sapienza Statute (Rector’s Decree N. 3689, 29/10/2012).
These measures regulate the accounting system, administrative-accounting procedures, their structures and objectives, all accounting processes (planning, management, budgets), controls, responsibilities and contractual procedures.
The General Organisational Regulations adopted to implement the Statute and approved by the Academic Senate on 21/01/2014 and the Board of Directors on 28/01/2014, regulate general university organisation and relations amongst administration organs to promote efficiency, efficacy, responsibility, transparency and bureaucratic simplification, as well as the separation between governance, management and supervision activities.
The regulations were adopted with Rector’s Decree N. 1232, 27/05/2014.
