Global Engineering Education Exchange
Read the call here! Deadline: 15 February at 2 p.m.

Recognizing a growing demand for internationally-experienced engineering graduates, a group of leading universities around the world established the Global E3 consortium in 1995. Global E3 allows engineering students at member universities to enjoy a fulfilling study abroad experience that has been selected and approved based on its engineering expertise and international standards. Through participation in the program, Global E3 graduates gain the necessary cross-cultural skills and professional experience to excel in the multinational/multicultural business environment of the 21st century.

Students are nominated by their home institution and receive credit at home for academic work completed abroad. They study overseas in a member institution for one or two semesters, typically in their junior year.

Global E3 also acts as a thought leader in the field of international engineering education and exchange. Through published papers, conference sessions at many of the major international education conferences, and our own Global E3 Annual Meeting, the consortium is on the cutting edge of solving today’s global engineering challenges.
