Internships at the Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court is the body that judges on disputes concerning the constitutional legitimacy of laws and acts, having the force of law, of the State and the Regions; on the attribution conflicts between the powers of the State and on those between the State and the Regions, and between the Regions and on the accusations brought against the President of the Republic, according to the Constitution.

The Constitutional Court is based at the Palazzo della Consulta, located in Rome, in Piazza del Quirinale.

The "Internship Program Constitutional Court - University" provides for the activation of internships at the Offices of the Constitutional Judges and/or at the Research Department. The notices, published from time to time, define the requirements and the application methods.
