Junior Actuary – State Exam
You can register for the Junior Actuary State Exam if you have one of the following degrees:
- Degree Programme N. 41 (DM 270/04) or 37 (DM 509/99)
- Bachelor's Degree in Money and Finance, Insurance Sciences, Financial and Insurance Technique and all titles giving access to the Actuary profession - section A.
Please Note: the 2022 first and second sessions of the State Exams will be delivered as a single online oral test.
State Exam
The State Exam includes the following four tests (Art. 18 - DPR 328/01):
a) a written test on topics related to basic quantitative methodologies used in insurance and social security issues;
b) a second written test on topics related to he analysis and selection of insurance, social security and financial products;
c) an oral test consisting of the technical-statistical approach or data processing of databases, concerning insurance, financial and social security issues;
d) a practical test consisting of topics related to the offer and technical management of financial, insurance and social security services, aimed in particular at verifying the candidate's theoretical and practical knowledge and communication skills, as well as the knowledge of professional law and deontology.
