State Examination -Exemptions
Architect and territorial planner [new arrangement]
The qualified in Section B admitted to the State exam for admission to Section A are exempted from the written test on the subjects for which the suitability of the candidate in accessing the sector of origin has already been verified ( Article 17 of Presidential Decree 328/01). The verification of eligibility will be done by the Commission of selection before the beginning of the exam and, in the case of a positive outcome, it will be communicated promptly to the candidate.
Actuary
Those qualified in Section B (iunior actuary) admitted to the State exam for registration in Section A are exempted from the first written test (art. 27 dpr 328/01).
Biologist
Those qualified in Section B (iunior biologist) admitted to the state exam for admission to Section A are exempted from the second written test and the practical test (article 32 dpr 328/01).
Chemist
Those qualified in section B who intend to take the State exam in section A are not entitled to any exemption from the tests.
Tax Advisor and Accounting Expert
Those who have already obtained the qualification for the profession of Tax Advisor (Section B of the Register - art. 46 c. 3 of legislative decree 139/05) are exempted from the first written test for the profession of Accounting Expert.The exemption from the first exam both for the profession of Accounting Expert and for the profession of Tax Advisor can be granted to those who have obtained a degree at the end of one of the degree courses developed on the basis of the agreements between Territorial Orders and Universities. Applicants will be subject to the rules contained in the agreement signed by the University where the relevant territorial Order and Degree was obtained. All those in possession of an old degree (before D.M. 509/99) are not entitled to exemption.
Geologist
Those qualified in Section B (iunior geologist) admitted to take the State exam for registration in Section A are exempted from the practical test, and from the second written test (art. 43 dpr 328/01).
Civil and environmental engineer
Industrial engineer
Information engineer
Those qualified in Section B (junior engineer) admitted to take the state exam for admission to Section A are exempted from the second written test, provided that the field of origin coincides with the one for which registration is requested.
Those qualified for one sector who require registration in another sector of section A are exempted from the second written test and the oral test (art. 47 dpr 328/01 c5).
Iunior Engineer
Those qualified for one sector who require registration in another sector of section B are exempted from the second written test and the oral test (art. 48 dpr 328/01 c4).
Psychologist
Those qualified in Section B (doctor of psychological techniques) who intend to take the State exam in section A are not entitled to any exemption from the tests.
