Before mailing your Student Affairs Office...
Use your Sapienza account
If you have paid your tuition fees, but you do not have your Sapienza email address yet, please activate it as soon as possible (surname.StudentNumber@studenti.uniroma1.it) and always use it to communicate with us.
To activate your Sapienza email, please refer to the instructions on the page below.
Go to the page
If you do not have the Sapienza email address
If you do not have the institutional email address because you are a new student and you have not paid your tuition fees yet, please indicate in the email your name and surname and the Student Number you obtained when you registered to Infostud.
Register to Infostud
Upload your ID card to Infostud
In order to deal with specific requests we need to verify your identity document: please check that your ID is correctly uploaded to Infostud.
Log in to the system with your Student Number and password and go to Profile>Personal Documents
Login to Infostud
If you need to request a password reset and you have not uploaded your ID document to Infostud or not done the recognition procedure, you must attach your identity document to the email.
Enter the details of your request in the email subject line
A specific subject helps us immediately identify your need and properly manage the requested service.
Write only one message
We reply to all the emails we receive in chronological order and according to the time needed to provide an exhaustive answer. Sending multiple messages or sending them to multiple recipients at the same time for the same request does not give you a faster response, but overloads our service.
Do not use the Certified Email (PEC)
Do not send PEC messages to the Student Affairs Office's email address. We cannot use our ordinary email address to reply.
If you want to mail the Student Affairs Office, please do not use the Sapienza PEC.
Please only refer to the contact details on your Student Affairs Office's webpage.
Sign your message
Even if you use your institutional email address, it is always good practice to write your name, surname and Student Number at the bottom of your email.
