Meet the Rector
These meetings are a further opportunity for a productive exchange of information and ideas, in order to promote increasingly direct communication between the Rector and the student community.
How do I book a meeting?
You can ask for a meeting by emailing, well in advance, rettricesapienza@uniroma1.it, using your institutional email account. The email must contain a clear explanation of the reasons for the meeting and any useful attachments.
What can I ask the Rector?
The Rector does not replace the heads of Sapienza's individual structures (Faculty Deans, Department Directors, Degree Programme Presidents, Student or Educational Affairs Offices, Administrative Areas) and Student Reps. Therefore, for administrative and/or educational issues, an appointment can only be requested after consulting those who are directly responsible for the matter.
Where are the meetings held?
The meetings, held by the Rector and the Deputy Rector for Student Community Relations are held in the Rector's offices, on the first floor of the Rectorate Building on the Main Campus.
Please bring a copy, a digital copy is also fine, of the email confirming the meeting and a valid ID card.
