On January 25, 2022, the Ministry of Universities and Research published the PRIN 2022 Call for Proposals, which allocates € 749,307,585.00 to the funding of Research Projects of National Relevance distributed as follows:

• Life Sciences (LS): €259.635.078,20, representing 35% of the total available budget;
• Physical, Chemical and Engineering Sciences (PE) : €259.635.078,20, corresponding to 35 % of the total available budget;
• Social Sciences and Humanities (SH): €222.544.352,75 corresponding to 30% of the total available budget and related sectors (see Annex 1).

Applications must be submitted by the Principal Investigator (PI) no later than 3:00 pm on March 31, 2022.

The forms to be filled out will be available from 3:00 pm on February 1, 2022.
