A joint editorial team has been set up to manage the Sapienza portal content on a daily basis. This team works according to the Web Committee's guidelines.

Central editorial office
This is made up of staff from various departments with communication and technical skills; it manages the website, updates the home page and sets editorial guidelines. Members of this office are listed in the Web Committee composition.

Decentralised editorial office
This is made up of web accessibility experts and editors from the central administration departments; it is responsible for publishing information relating to the areas, offices and units. 

Offsite editorial team
This includes webmasters and editors who publish updates on the facilities' websites.
