The Web Committee is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of the Sapienza portal and its associated websites. It coordinates Sapienza's portal and the various departmental websites, ensuring consistency across Sapienza's digital services and platforms.

A joint editorial team is responsible for the daily management of the Sapienza portal and related websites. This team is divided into three offices: a central editorial office (website administration, updating the home page and Sapienza's social media profiles, and editorial guidelines); a decentralised editorial office (publication of information relating to specific areas, offices, and sectors); and an offsite editorial office (updating the websites of the various departments).
