In particular, the following areas will be studied: environmental protection, digital technologies, public contracts, relations between the European Central Bank (ECB) and national central banks.
The course will also provide an in-depth view of issues concerning public law at a global level, such as the protection of human rights, due process, the fight against terrorism, and world trade law.
