One-off rector's exemption

 

1. Benefits and conditions

This concession provides for an enrolment fee in the programmes of €30, limited to the current year, plus the regional tax (€140) and stamp duty (€16), and is granted if you do not qualify for more favourable reductions (Articles 44, 56, 57).

The Rector may decide to authorise even a partial exemption from the fee due.

This benefit can only be granted by the Rector, on an entirely exceptional basis, if you meet the following requirements:

This benefit provides for a flat annual enrolment fee for the degree programme of only €30, to which the regional tax (€140) and stamp duty (€16) are added, and is granted if you do not fall within the scope of more favourable reductions (Articles 44, 56, 57). This benefit was established by a resolution of the Board of Directors on 30 September 2025.

To benefit from this, you must:

Multiple family members enrolled in Sapienza degree programmes

 

1. Benefits and conditions

The ‘Family Bonus’ provides a reduction in enrolment fees for multiple family members who enrol in Sapienza degree programmes.

A. The amount of the reduction, for each family member who meets the requirements, varies according to the ISEE:

- with an ISEE valid for the right to university education of less than or equal to €40,000: the reduction is 15% of the annual amount;

- with an ISEE valid for the right to university education of more than €40,000: the reduction is 8% of the annual amount.

Children of recipients of inability pensions and other categories provided for in Article 30 of Legislative Decree No. 118 of 1971

This benefit provides for a flat annual enrolment fee for the degree programme of only €30, plus the regional tax of €140 and stamp duty of €16, and is granted if you do not fall within the scope of more favourable reductions (Articles 44, 55, 57).

To be eligible for this benefit, you must have:

- an ISEE for the right to university education not exceeding €13,000;
